The server requires some basic software upgrades, we'll be back online soon.
As you all voted, we have reset points on HLStats. However, we felt that just points wasn't enough, so we combined the best of the saving points idea to create a "lifetime" counter for everything that will be reset quarterly!
Points, Kills, Deaths, Headshots, and Suicides will be reset 4 times a year (times to be determined soon) and saved into a lifetime field. These will show up next to the real values trailed by "lifetime", and can be used to show off your skill! These values include current points, kills, etc.
Go get some frags and let's have a clean race to the top!
This announcement is just to advise people that there will be a vote running for one week where our players choose what we do with HLStats.
Currently, I see HLStats as a whole page of people who have been here since we started. This is completely unfair to new players, and diminishes any competition from attempting to get to the top, as it may take (like they have done) years to get even close.
Therefore, we will be running a poll with five options.
After yesterday's update and breaking, SourceMod released a snapshot to revert the identifiers back to the old format.
All of the servers have been updated, and you should have access to your tags and reserved slots again.
HLX:CE was also updated to revert it back to the old format too, so you shouldn't lose your points.
Valve released a hidden change in this update, causing the SteamID format to change. HLStats does not yet recognize this format and will cause players to have the standard 1000 points. Nobody is sure if this is a mistake or the real change, so hold tight.
I will not be able to count kills made from the time of this change to whenever I fix it.
